Michelle C. Eichler received her Bachelor of Science degree from Minot State University in Minot, NorthDakota in 1995. Michelle attended the Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. She received her Juris Doctor degree in 2004. While in law school, Michelle participated in the Women’s Law Caucus and Admissions Comimttee. During law school, she also clerked for the Honorable Isaac Borenstein, a Massachusetts state court judge, and worked as a legal intern with the U.S. Attorney’s office in Boston, general counsel of The Gillette Company, and Latronico, Black & Whitestone, an insurance defense firm.
Following her graduation from law school, Michelle was employed with a law firm in Rapid City, South Dakota where she was involved in civil litigation.
Michelle is admitted to practice in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota state courts and the United States District Court for North Dakota. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota Bar Associations, and Cass and Clay County Bar Associations.
Michelle, her husband, Marc, and their daughter reside in Fargo, North Dakota.
