Ann E. Miller received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota in 2004. After graduation, Ann worked for the Minnesota House of Representatives in St. Paul before attending law school at the University of North Dakota School of Law in Grand Forks, North Dakota. She received her Juris Doctor degree with distinction in 2009. While in law school, Ann was a member of the North Dakota Law Review, served as President of the Public Interest Law Student Association and was a member of the Randy H. Lee American Inn of Court. During law school Ann also worked as a Student Director for the UND Law Clinic and as a legal intern for both the United States District Court of North Dakota and the Grand Forks County State’s Attorney’s Office.
Ann is admitted to practice in Minnesota and North Dakota state courts and the United States District Courts for Minnesota and North Dakota. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, State Bar Association of North Dakota, the Cass and Clay County Bar Associations, the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, and the Ronald N. Davies Inn of Court.
